Job Description:

We're a dynamic team seeking an experienced Software Engineer to build and maintain complex end-to-end systems. As a key member of our Platform team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the culture and work with an entrepreneurial crew that supports risk-taking, intuition, and hustle.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying scalable software systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product decisions and refine the product roadmap
  • Working closely with the Platform team to provide universal architecture and experience across our products
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in building and maintaining large-scale products, with expertise in both backend and frontend development
  • Strong systems thinking skills, with the ability to think holistically about end-to-end systems involving multiple products and services
  • The ability to work quickly and efficiently, generating ideas and options while knowing how to prioritize and decide what can ship now and what needs time
  • Focused and adaptable, able to navigate a busy and remote team environment
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire, negotiate, and work effectively with opinionated designers, marketers, and PMs
  • Proficiency in a range of programming languages, including NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, Java, Go, and Python
