Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Lead to join our team and take charge of developing our employees' skills and abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling various programs and daily activities of HRD and Administration and Productivity & Quality initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee skills and abilities.
  • Lead the development of training and development programs to meet business needs.
  • Ensure alignment of departmental strategic objectives with company directions.
  • Formulate new policies for effective benefits administration programs.
  • Implement Company's code of discipline as necessary, providing guidance to Department Heads & Managers.
Qualifications
  • College degree in Bachelor of Arts in Psychology or any related field.
  • Good foundation in HR functions.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in HR works in a managerial capacity.
