We are seeking a skilled Site Acquisition Engineer to join our team at SPD Jobs Incorporated.

  • This role involves identifying, researching, analyzing, and negotiating commercial leases with lessors.
  • The ideal candidate will also prepare permitting applications and negotiate with local government units to expedite the permitting process.
  • An additional responsibility will be negotiating with lot owners and securing supporting documents for lease contracts.
  • The successful candidate will troubleshoot site challenges and resolve issues to support other domains.
  • Ongoing monitoring of Site Acquisition and Permitting progress is also required.
Requirements
  • A thorough understanding of ownership or property documents is essential for prospective lessors.
  • The selected candidate must ensure efficient day-to-day activities.
  • Strong planning skills are necessary to create achievable plans.
  • The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in E2E Site Acquisition and Permitting processes.
  • Telco industry experience is mandatory.
  • Candidates willing to work in NCR, NLZ, SLZ, VISAYAS, MINDANAO are preferred.
  • An immediate start is expected.
