At COMMUNITY CONSUMERS COOPERATIVE, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations. This includes recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to all levels of the organization, answering employee inquiries, resolving HR-related issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, employee databases, and other HR-related documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required.
