As a UX Coordinator, you will play a key role in streamlining user experience tasks internally and with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate UX tasks effectively to internal teams and clients
  • Convert project discussions into actionable tasks
  • Keep clients informed about task progress and any blockers
  • Coordinate task schedules and budget with team members
  • Assign and manage ClickUp tasks for the team
  • Verify that design requirements meet client expectations
  • Organize Figma files and ensure designs are updated in client files
Requirements
  • 1-3 Years of experience managing or coordinating web or mobile projects
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX Design principles and software development processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in using Figma for file management and design
  • Able to improve existing processes proactively
  • Skilled in using ClickUp for task management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in ClickUp and Figma
  • Experience in managing or coordinating UI UX projects
