About this role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee, manage and execute multiple projects involving low-voltage systems such as access control, surveillance cameras, burglar alarms and network infrastructure installations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, technical proficiency in low voltage systems and a strong construction background particularly in managing installations within building environments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from start to finish, develop and manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables and timelines.
  • Design & Technical Support: Design layouts for access control systems, surveillance cameras and other low-voltage systems using industry-standard tools.
  • Team & Ticket Coordination: Manage service tickets, assign tasks to technicians and subcontractors and monitor the team's progress.
  • Administrative Tasks: Coordinate and verify invoices, maintain accurate records of project documentation and use project management tools to update project statuses.
  • Procurement & Logistics: Estimate and organize the ordering of materials and equipment required for each project.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing complex low-voltage systems projects including security systems, surveillance cameras, access control and network infrastructure.
  • Strong technical knowledge of low-voltage systems and networking equipment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.
