Project Management Lead

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Lead to oversee the successful implementation of complex projects. This role involves leading diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development, managing and overseeing the execution of large-scale global projects, and ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget.

  • The ideal candidate will possess experience in project management, effective communication, leadership skills, and proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office and project management tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in project management, preferably in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as MS Project and Visio.
  • PMP certification is an asset.
