Video Content Creator

We are seeking a creative and fast-moving Video Editor who knows how to craft engaging short-form content for social media platforms. This role involves turning raw footage into sharp, visually appealing videos that reflect our values and resonate with the community.

You will be working closely with our team to edit, optimize, and schedule videos that tell authentic stories and support our mission of providing person-centered care to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Edit 4–5 short-form videos (20 seconds each) weekly using raw footage from Google Drive; include basic edits like captions, transitions, and branding.
  • Design simple, on-brand graphics and maintain a consistent visual style across all content.
  • Write compelling captions, schedule posts for peak engagement, and publish to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate closely with our team for approvals, take constructive feedback well, and make necessary revisions.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
  • Experience managing social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • A keen eye for visuals and storytelling through video.
  • Able to create content matching our brand tone for kids to young adults.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adept at managing time independently.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant short-form video and social media examples.
