Visual Marketing Specialist

This is a remote position with the goal of creating impactful visual content for various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry and strong knowledge of social media content requirements.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM (PST) – Vernon, CA (Includes a one-hour unpaid lunch break)

Weekly Hours: 30 hours

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design Visual Content: Create original graphics and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  2. Grow Social Media Channels: Produce visually compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience.
  3. Translate Strategies: Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into impactful visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
  4. Analyze Competitors: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new content opportunities.
  5. Presentation Skills: Develop and present weekly social media performance reports, providing key insights and actionable recommendations.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
  7. Stay Current: Stay current with fashion trends, social media best practices, and emerging design techniques to inspire fresh, relevant content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Fashion Industry Experience: 1–2 years of experience in the fashion industry (preferred).
  2. Social Media Management: 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
  3. Graphic Design: Proven experience designing fashion-focused assets for e-commerce, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  4. Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing skills.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
