Financial Operations Specialist

Key Role in Finance Team
Maintain financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple entities and jurisdictions. You will be responsible for managing daily AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations across international entities.
Manage invoices, payments, and maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.
Verify and process employee claims, assist in preparing P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, and perform month-end close procedures including reconciliations and resolving variances.
Support tax and compliance by preparing VAT/GST, payroll, and corporate tax filings while tracking expenses and recommending cost-control improvements.
Identify automation opportunities and enhance workflows to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
You will be part of a dynamic, global team working together to deliver financial excellence, collaborating with stakeholders and managing remote teams.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, 3+ years of accounting experience, and knowledge of IFRS & local accounting standards.
- Experience with Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software is required.
- Advanced Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail are necessary.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
