About the Role

This position involves facilitating programs to improve mental health and well-being. Working closely with clients, you will develop holistic mental health interventions that cater to their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless delivery of consultations and psychotherapy aligned with our scheduling system and teleconsultation protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Mental Health team for client triaging and escalations, developing effective solutions to address complex situations.
  • Coordinate with the team and relevant stakeholders to align protocols, provide operational reports, and assist in other requests related to the mental health program.
  • Assess clients' mental and emotional well-being through regular wellness check-ins and emergency handling.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and suggest necessary improvements to enhance current systems.

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to work from home during peak hours.
  • Background in Mental Health or Employee Assistance Programs is preferred.
