At JACOB IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY SERVICES INC., we are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Office Messenger Coordinator. This position is vital to the smooth operations of our office and requires a responsible individual who can handle various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and Pickup Services: Ensure timely delivery and pickup of documents to and from clients.
  • General Office Errands: Assist with general office errands, such as grocery shopping, banking transactions, and other miscellaneous tasks.
  • Maintenance and Cleanliness: Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of office premises.
  • Office Administrative Tasks: Assist with basic office administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying.

Requirements:

  • 30-40 years old
  • Ability to endure prolonged periods of walking or riding a motorcycle
  • Must be able to perform deliveries in all types of weather
  • Physically fit
  • No visible tattoo
  • High school diploma
  • Drivers license and clean driving record required
  • Minimum of one year of office services experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BASIC understanding of customer service
  • Ability to understand and follow directions
  • Ability to maintain the safety and security of packages, documents, messages and other items received or being delivered
  • Thorough understanding of maps and directions, and traffic rules
  • Knowledgeable on areas within Metro Manila
