Office Messenger Coordinator

At JACOB IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY SERVICES INC., we are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Office Messenger Coordinator. This position is vital to the smooth operations of our office and requires a responsible individual who can handle various tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery and Pickup Services: Ensure timely delivery and pickup of documents to and from clients.
- General Office Errands: Assist with general office errands, such as grocery shopping, banking transactions, and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Maintenance and Cleanliness: Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of office premises.
- Office Administrative Tasks: Assist with basic office administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying.
Requirements:
- 30-40 years old
- Ability to endure prolonged periods of walking or riding a motorcycle
- Must be able to perform deliveries in all types of weather
- Physically fit
- No visible tattoo
- High school diploma
- Drivers license and clean driving record required
- Minimum of one year of office services experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BASIC understanding of customer service
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Ability to maintain the safety and security of packages, documents, messages and other items received or being delivered
- Thorough understanding of maps and directions, and traffic rules
- Knowledgeable on areas within Metro Manila
