This position is vital to the smooth operations of our office and requires a responsible individual who can handle various tasks efficiently.Responsibilities:- Delivery and pick up of documents to and from various clients- Assist with general office errands, such as grocery shopping, banking transactions, and other miscellaneous tasks- Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of office premises- Assist with basic office administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying- Other duties as assigned by managementRequirements:
• 30-40 years old
• Must be able to endure prolong periods of walking or riding a motorcycle
• Must be able to perform deliveries in all types of weather
• Must be physically fit
• No visible tattoo
• High school diploma
• Drivers license and clean driving record required
• Must be skilled in driving a motorcycle at least 2 years
• Minimum of one year of office services experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of customer service
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Ability to maintain the safety and security of packages, documents, messages and other items received or being delivered
• Thorough understanding of maps and directions, and traffic rules
• Knowledgeable on areas within Metro Manila
