Job Title: Operations Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee and streamline our daily operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and communicating team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met. They will also oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  • Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  • Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
  • Foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is a definite advantage.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or premium content platforms is a plus.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
