The primary objective of the Wellness Coach is to foster a culture of wellbeing by developing and implementing a comprehensive Wellness Program that embeds wellbeing into everyday life and enhances the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative and effective wellness programs and interventions to encourage positive lifestyle choices.
  • Create awareness of wellness resources and materials that lead to personal development.
  • Establish a community of wellness champions/first aiders.
  • Utilize data to continually evaluate the quality and effectiveness of programs.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to Team/People Managers to support their teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions on wellness topics including resilience and wellbeing, stress management, nutrition, weight management, physical fitness, and work-life balance.
  • Administer surveys to gather data and employee feedback.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding the wellness program, its implementation, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with wellness partners/vendors to ensure high-quality products and services are delivered.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, health promotion, fitness, or a related health field.
  • Qualified Counsellor.
  • Previous experience as a wellness coach in a corporate setting is preferred.

  • Active listening skills.
  • Ability to confidently discuss wellness issues.
  • Capacity to adapt coaching style to suit the situation.
  • Ability to remain calm in crisis situations and possess a calming effect on others.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Possess a high degree of integrity, trusted to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with metric management and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
