Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Your primary objective will be to optimize and manage paid performance campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to research, develop, and present campaign plans aligned to client business objectives.

In addition, you will assist in budget pacing, data analysis, and reporting for paid performance campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule. Your analytical skills and ability to interpret data will be crucial in collaborating with team leads for media and creative insights and optimizations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, driving ROI, and managing small and large budget clients.

You will be an outstanding communicator, adept at conveying data, insights, and recommendations to various internal and external audiences through writing and presentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
  • Previous experience within a media agency or similar environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, media, communications, or relevant field
  • Strong experience with PPC and social media ad platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and collaborate with team leads
