Job Title

The Marketing Expert exists to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance. This role focuses on client-facing interactions, strategic planning, and ongoing optimization to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Develop and execute email, SMS, and other retention marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate insights and reports on campaign performance.
  • Build strong client relationships to drive overall client satisfaction.
  • Work with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Activations team to ensure thorough strategy and instructions, aligning everyone on the overall strategy.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients to enhance their marketing efforts.
Key Outcomes & Accountabilities:
  • Strategy Development: Create effective marketing strategies that meet client needs.
  • Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Client Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into marketing strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze and track data to maximize campaign performance.
  • Client Communication: Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance.
  • Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team has clear instructions and is aligned with the overall strategy.
  • Service Expansion: Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue and client engagement.
