Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Cebu. As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate with project leaders to drive strategic goals forward. Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with project leaders to identify talent requirements and develop effective strategies for hiring top talent
* Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee growth and development
* Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
* Analyze HR data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights
* Create regular reports and presentations on HR-related metrics and initiatives for senior management

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree holder with at least 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner Manager
* Strong communication skills with experience working with global counterparts
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
