Operations Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all payments for rentals, utilities, and other charges for ATMs and selected branches based on contracts, statements of accounts, or payment advice via Esource within the required turnaround time on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate all payment requests and necessary documents with FINCON via phone calls and emails to expedite payment processes.
  • Ensure all payments sent are received by lessors through LBC, branch, or credited to their accounts in a timely manner.
  • Collect official receipts from lessors for all payments made to ensure proper posting.
  • Generate statements of account for SM ATM sites using access to the SM tenants portal to process monthly charges promptly.
  • Negotiate rates for ATM sites based on proposals from TBG to reasonably renew lease contracts.
  • Ensure all lease contracts for ATM sites are updated and renewals are handled before contract expiration.
  • Generate reports of all payments made for ATM and branch rentals based on provided database, to be submitted to the Unit Head monthly before the end of the month.
  • Process renewal of contracts for ATM offsites, including sending letters of intent, drafting contracts, coordinating with legal for review, routing for approval, notarization, and filing of term sheets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Understanding of banking methods, payment processes, and basic taxation details.
  • Effective monitoring skills, proficiency in handling bulk processing, analytical skills, and productivity within limited time frames.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external clients, with attention to details and processes, and adaptability to the unit's nature.
