The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing policies covered by the rules of Internal Replacement. This will involve computing compensation adjustments based on designed formulas and submitting them to immediate managers for review and approval.

We're looking for an individual with excellent analytical skills and experience in data extraction, review, and analysis using defined parameters. If you have at least 3 years' work experience in any industry and are proficient in MS Office applications, preferably Excel, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to communicate and report policy changes to affected advisors and monitor their responses. You'll also collaborate with other business partners to enhance system-generated IR reports and maintain procedures manuals to ensure they remain current.

Key Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any course.
  • At least 3 years' work experience in any industry that involves data extraction, review and analysis using defined parameters, reports generation.
