Job Description

  1. Negotiating with customer about project estimate and schedule.
  2. Track project finances, timelines, deliverables.
  3. Supervising and managing for project deployments.
  4. Manage project service delivery activities involving direct and subcontract resources.
  5. Project planning, estimating and performing code reviews.
  6. Writes functional and design specifications.
  7. Designs, implements software solutions, and troubleshooting.
  8. Estimates project scope and adheres to established guidelines and metrics for quality data.
  9. Facilitate procurement of equipment and material.
  10. Subject matter expert regarding all aspects of project management in general and within NEC Telecom Software Philippines in particular.
  11. Mentors software engineers and acts as Manager.
  12. Keeps pace with related emerging technology and trends, and introduce new tools and techniques for software development.
  13. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science required.
  2. 10 years or more of software development experience.
  3. C++, C, Java, Linux, Unix knowledge required.
  4. JLPT Level 1 is required in case of English native speaker.
  5. TOEIC score which is more than 750 is required in case of Japanese native speaker.
  6. JLPT Level 1 and TOEIC score which is more than 750 in case of non-English and non-Japanese native language speakers are required.
  7. Previous telecommunication/data communication project management experience.
  8. Technical certifications are a plus.
  9. Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
