Job Description

This position involves providing timely and effective resolution for customers' computer and application issues. You will be responsible for managing the IT ticket queue efficiently, ensuring all issues are documented, tracked, and resolved within established SLAs. Your expertise in administering onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation configuration, hardware provisioning, and system access, will be valuable assets to our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in end-user operating systems and server operating systems, basic networking skills, familiarity with virtualization technologies, and experience with Single Sign On (SSO) platforms and productivity software are essential requirements.
