Lead Creative Designer Role

We are seeking a Lead Creative Designer to spearhead our team's visual identity and ad creatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio of high-converting ad designs and a passion for performance-driven creative.

You will work closely with our Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-performing ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to develop and refine ad designs.
  • Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
  • Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
About You:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to confidently present ideas and interpret briefs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
