Plant Operations Specialist

Job Description

As a Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant's machinery and equipment. This includes conducting daily inspections, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and supervising maintenance personnel.

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting problems with machinery and equipment, coordinating with machine shops for the fabrication of parts, and reporting on the status of maintenance work to management.

Furthermore, you will be tasked with preparing energy consumption reports, planning and supervising plant improvements, and acting as Pollution Control Officer for the manufacturing plant.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • At least 2 year(s) work experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
  • Computer literate
  • Above average oral and written English communication skills
  • Responsible, has initiative and can work well under pressure
  • Able to multitask
  • Willing to be assigned in the night shift schedule
