Automation Specialist

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for designing and building automation workflows that streamline internal operations, eliminate manual tasks, and support scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end automation solutions using n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script.
  • Connect APIs, CRMs, eComm platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools to centralize and optimize business processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues to ensure system reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and build automation solutions.
  • Document all automation flows, logic paths, and key processes for future reference.
  • Maintain a repository of reusable scripts and modules for efficient reuse.
  • Train colleagues on how to use or trigger specific automations when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script.
  • Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and JSON data formats.
  • Ability to map complex processes into clear logic flows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
