About the Automation Role

We are seeking a skilled automation engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and managing complex automations, with a strong focus on process improvement and efficiency.

  • Develop and implement automated workflows using Make.com (Integromat) and other tools.
  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement, proposing innovative solutions to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized automation pipelines.
  • Maintain and optimize existing automations, ensuring they remain effective and efficient.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in automation, systems integration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in building and managing automations using Make.com (Integromat).
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
  • Ability to write custom automations using Python or Node.js.
  • A systems thinking approach, with a focus on understanding how processes work and identifying opportunities for improvement.
