Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will drive the execution and scaling of seller-facing programs designed to increase offsite traffic and drive measurable return on investment (ROI). The Offsite Solutions team works closely with sellers to adopt various external traffic channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with campaign strategy, execution, tracking, and measurement. They will also possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience working with datasets to drive decisions.

In addition to these technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years in digital or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings
  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and experience working with datasets to drive decisions
  • Proven ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact
