Maintenance and Repair Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall administration and operation of maintenance and repair services at our hotel facilities.

As a Maintenance and Repair Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from routine maintenance tasks to complex repairs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Prioritizing repairs and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Serving as subject matter expert and handling emerging problems.
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to discuss concerns and record decisions or procedures taken.
  • Operating all systems used, including SARA, Business Central, and other applicable systems.

Requirements:

  • Licensed engineer.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience, with 5 years in an international class Hotel/Resort.
  • At least 2 years in a similar position within the Asian Region.
  • Knowledge, familiarity, and connection with different hospitality organizations.
  • Basic Occupational Safety and Health training; PCO/Managing Head training is an advantage.
