Job Title: Senior QA Automation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Automation Lead to lead our quality assurance strategy across teams. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the QA Automation team in defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects. They will drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing and at least 1 year of experience in leading a team. They will be proficient in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework, and have experience with source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA Automation team in defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
  • Proactively identify gaps in quality processes and lead initiatives for operational excellence and innovation in QA practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in leading a team.
  • Proficient in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Experience with source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
