Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer service calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process inbound sales calls, providing customers with information and assistance to meet their needs.
  • Take inbound or place outbound collections calls, working with customers to resolve outstanding balances and ensure timely payment.
  • Answer technical support inquiries via incoming calls, chat, or email, providing accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, taking ownership of customer issues and working to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including data entry and internet navigation tasks.
Requirements
  • Previous six months or more call centre or customer service experience is required.
  • Ability to develop rapport and demonstrate a caring attitude with customers.
  • Excellent data entry and internet navigation skills.
  • Clear and distinct oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dynamic interpersonal and judgment skills.
  • Professional demeanour and dependable work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • With at least a High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules if needed.
