Project Coordinator Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to Client Success Managers in ensuring the seamless delivery of client projects. This includes maintaining project workflows, translating briefs into actionable tasks, and supporting communication and tracking progress across multiple touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for process and communication excellence.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in working closely with cross-functional teams, including internal teams and client-facing teams.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Client Success Managers, managing projects in PM tools, driving sprint execution, translating technical briefs, and tracking tasks and documentation.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using project management tools such as Wrike or Teamwork.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Wrike, Teamwork, or similar project management tools
  • Understanding of agile principles, sprint planning, and burn down charts
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly in English for both internal and client-facing contexts
  • Experienced in interpreting and enhancing technical briefs
