Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with payers and facility staff.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in insurance billing and collections, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with payers and facility staff.
  • Ability to learn new applications and tools quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
