Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading digital marketing efforts, developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create segments.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize paid media campaigns to improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and increase conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing successful campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience working with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Klaviyo.
Preferred Skills

Candidates with the following skills are preferred:

  • Google Analytics certification.
  • Experience working in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brand.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
