Job Title: Digital Marketing StrategistWe are seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives.This role requires a deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, audience targeting strategies, and campaign optimization techniques. You should have a proven track record of successful Facebook ad campaigns and a strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted audience segments for ad campaigns.
  • Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, implementing A/B testing and other tactics to improve results.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Facebook advertising, ensuring campaigns are innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing ad creatives.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members to align Facebook ad campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed about changes to the Facebook advertising platform, algorithm updates, and policy changes, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, differentiating factors, and devise strategies to outperform competitors.
  • Be proactive in staying updated with the latest Facebook targeting trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency or paid social role.
  • Strong understanding and passion for social media advertising.
  • Proficient in using Facebook Business Manager and proficient in the use of Facebook Ads Manager to implement, optimize, and analyze campaigns.
  • Able to build diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and aware of the Facebook pixel and how it is used.
  • Able to develop and implement paid strategies for clients across many industries that will result in a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Great at communicating campaign performance and insights to the team.
  • Focused on doing the absolute best for our clients and helping them grow their business.
  • A natural ability to multitask & project manage.
  • The ability to analyze & optimize client results and work to create and hit goals and targets.
  • Natural leadership flair and passion for spreading paid social knowledge.
  • Passionate about social media advertising.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for team interaction and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to recommend strategies that will generate a positive ROI.
  • Strategic thinking to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
