About This Role

We're looking for a talented Junior TikTok Media Buyer to support the development and management of TikTok ad campaigns. If you have a passion for performance marketing, this role is perfect for you.

As a Junior TikTok Shop Media Buyer, you'll work alongside experienced media buyers and creative teams to optimize ads, analyze results, and stay up-to-date with TikTok trends. You'll be responsible for assisting in designing and managing TikTok Shop ad campaigns, including video ads and in-app shopping formats.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing and managing TikTok Shop ad campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility.
  • Monitor campaign performance using TikTok analytics and other reporting tools; track key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and sales.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content tailored to TikTok users.
  • Conduct research on TikTok trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to inform campaigns.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Continuously learn and adapt strategies based on performance and platform updates.
Requirements
  • 0-1 year experience in media buying, preferably with TikTok or other social media advertising platforms.
  • Basic understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and performance marketing concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn data-driven optimization.
  • Creative mindset with interest in social commerce and TikTok trends.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
