We are seeking a creative and strategic Media Content Manager to lead our brand's presence on TikTok. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with TikTok trends, has experience growing accounts organically, and can produce engaging short-form video content that resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive media content strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Create, edit, and publish daily/weekly high-quality videos that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
- Monitor industry trends, sounds, and challenges, and leverage them to produce impactful content.
- Collaborate with influencers or creators to expand our reach.
- Analyze performance metrics (views, likes, shares, engagement rate) and optimize content accordingly.
- Proven experience managing TikTok and other social media platforms for a brand, influencer, or agency.
- Strong video editing skills using in-app tools or third-party software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).
- A deep understanding of social media culture, humor, and trends.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
