Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed, precise MEP technical drawings based on project requirements
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to ensure designs align with industry standards and specifications
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP for technical drafting tasks
  • Interpret architectural and engineering plans to seamlessly integrate MEP systems
  • Review drawings to guarantee compliance with local building codes and project regulations
  • Adjust and revise drafts according to client feedback and project updates
  • Maintain organized documentation and version control for all technical drawings

Essential Qualifications
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP is essential
  • Experience in MEP technical design (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
  • Comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently
