Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Compliance and Monitoring Specialist. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity of our messaging platform, detecting and mitigating potential fraud and spam activity.

As a key member of our Compliance function, you will be responsible for monitoring live message content, identifying potential threats, and taking swift action to prevent malicious activity.

You will also serve as a senior expert, providing guidance and support to colleagues across various teams, sharing best practices and expertise to drive process improvements.

With your keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills, you will be an essential asset in maintaining the trust and security of our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on detail-oriented work and leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving improvements through to fruition
  • Demonstrable experience working autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and adapt to changing priorities
