Senior Technical Lead - Market Management Systems

This leadership role involves spearheading the technical delivery of our Market Management Systems (MMS) offerings, ensuring we meet contractual commitments and provide exceptional support to customers across various regions.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of customer interaction, strong technical expertise, and excellent collaboration skills with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and development of MMS solutions for major customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and effective execution.
  • Manage customer interactions, providing guidance and establishing trust.
  • Collaborate across functions to meet project goals and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in tools and processes.
  • Apply Agile and DevOps practices for efficient software deployment.
  • Manage project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in technical consultancy, especially in the electrical utility industry.
  • Experience with operational technologies like MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS.
  • Knowledge of energy markets and systems integration is an asset.
