• Maintain and monitor project plans.
• Consolidate plans and other documents needed in building permit requirements.
• Prepare daily reports, material request form and delivery slip.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering-Civil /Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• With experience in AUTOCAD and other software.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications.
• With good verbal and written communication skill both in English and in Filipino.
• Excellent Analytic Skills.
• Must have good presentation skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
• Must be keen to details and a team player.
• Can work under pressure.
