About the Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate has significant experience in software engineering as either a Senior Engineer leading projects or as a Technical Lead.

The candidate should have experience working directly with clients or customers to understand technical requirements.

They should also have experience leading software engineering teams through technical delivery and direct line management or mentoring.

Candidates should have a deep understanding of agile ways of working, design patterns, and testing best practices.

A solid understanding of version control tools (Git) and operational concerns is required.

Strong empathy and people skills are essential.
