Job Title:

A Growth Marketing Analyst position is available to assist in the execution of seasonal growth marketing campaigns.

About the Role:
  • The Growth Marketing Analyst will support campaign planning and execution across digital channels, including paid social, paid search, display, email, and organic social.
  • This contractual role requires 8 hours of full-time work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Support & Execution
    1. Assist in campaign planning and coordination with internal teams.
    2. Prepare creative assets and support documents for review and coordination.
    3. Ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials.
  2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    1. Monitor live campaign performance using dashboards and platform tools.
    2. Update trackers and performance reports to highlight key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
    3. Flag anomalies or underperformance for review and optimization.
  3. Documentation & Process Support
    1. Organize campaign materials and shared folders, ensuring consistent naming conventions and easy access across teams.
    2. Document campaign wrap-ups and share key takeaways with the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in marketing channels such as paid social, PPC, and programmatic.
  • Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
