Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is capable of working independently, analyzing data, streamlining workflows, and enhancing existing systems.

This role involves managing and optimizing complex Excel-based datasets, transitioning them to SQL or other database platforms, and providing administrative support to the executive team.

The successful candidate will be a strong problem-solver with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, manage, and optimize complex Excel-based datasets
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for operational improvement
  • Develop SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and organize data for reporting and decision-making
  • Maintain database integrity, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing documentation, and facilitating communication
  • Assist in workflow automation, enhancing business processes through database-driven solutions
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL (or similar database tools) for data management and analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation features
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
