Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial markets and instruments, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored lending solutions.
  • Perform comprehensive credit analysis, including financial statement review, cash flow analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence for new and existing corporate loan proposals.
  • Prepare clear and concise credit proposals and presentations for submission to senior management and the credit review department.
  • Proactively manage and grow the corporate loan portfolio, ensuring timely loan disbursement, repayment, and renewal processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years' corporate lending or relationship management experience within a reputable bank in the Philippines.
  • Solid analytical skills with demonstrated experience in credit evaluation, loan structuring, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at various organizational levels.
