As an Experimental Rater, you will play a critical role in shaping systems that train large language models by identifying gray areas in guidelines, flagging edge cases, and offering structured feedback.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review ambiguous or edge-case examples with attention to linguistic nuance and rating logic.
  • Identify inconsistencies, unclear instructions, or subjective interpretation risks in evolving rating criteria.
  • Surface detailed insights about rating complexity, user intent confusion, and contextual mismatches that can inform guideline updates.
Necessary Qualifications
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to resolve ambiguity.
  • Interest in language, logic, and AI development.
  • Data labeling or guideline evaluation experience is beneficial.
