About the role:

As a Senior Cloud Integration Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing secure integration solutions that connect our cloud-based applications with a range of vendor SaaS offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, seamless data flow and system interoperability while maintaining high standards of performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure Integration Development: Design and develop secure integration solutions to connect cloud-based applications with various vendor SaaS offerings, ensuring data security and integrity.
  • Authentication & Authorization: Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML to protect APIs and data within and across SaaS platforms.
  • Technical Design: Create technical specifications, integration architecture, and design documentation with a focus on security best practices.
  • API Management: Develop and manage secure APIs for integrating with vendor SaaS solutions, ensuring they are protected from unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.
  • Data Protection: Implement data encryption, tokenization, and masking techniques to safeguard sensitive information in transit and at rest across SaaS platforms.
  • Troubleshooting & Incident Response: Identify and resolve integration and security issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence. Participate in incident response and security audits as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work with product managers, software engineers, and vendor representatives to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions that meet business and security needs.
  • Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions, including security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks with SaaS environments.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, security measures, and best practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all integration solutions adhere to industry security standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience, 3+ years in cloud integration development with a strong emphasis on security, including working with cloud platforms and vendor SaaS offerings.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
  • Security Protocols: Strong understanding of security protocols and standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and encryption techniques.
  • APIs: Experience with developing and securing RESTful and SOAP APIs, as well as using API management platforms.
  • Data Handling: Knowledge of data formats such as JSON, XML, and experience with data protection techniques.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration and security issues.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
  • DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as AWS CodePipeline, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or similar.
  • Agile: Experience working in Agile development environments and methodologies.
