We're seeking a Senior Workday Specialist who will ensure seamless integration of Workday with other systems, supporting business processes, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining data accuracy. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our People and Finance systems.

  • This includes developing and deploying integration solutions using Workday tools and technologies.
  • The ideal candidate has 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing Workday integrations.
  • Certification in Workday Integrations is desired, as well as strong experience participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other tools.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure integration solutions meet business needs.
  3. Identify and resolve integration issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven technical expertise in Workday integrations.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
