IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining various IT systems, including Microsoft 365 tenants, Windows Server, and Desktop operating systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure management principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants for multiple customers
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, software, and hardware
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
  • Manage network servers and technology tools
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
  • Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an IT infrastructure specialist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams admin portals is a must
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Scripting
  • Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Apple, etc.) and virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management, and security
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and MDM software is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
