Structural Detailer

We are seeking a skilled Structural Detailer to fill this role. This position involves setting modeling standards, ensuring the quality and accuracy of models, and executing plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce structural drawings and create Revit models that meet quality standards.
  • Quality check own work, project, and design modelers.
  • Advanced model execution (complex geometry).
  • Ensure construction documents are accurately modeled.
  • Presentation on considerations (use of 3D views).
  • Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the project team to obtain project information and ensure drawings are accurate and complete.
  • Execute Sprint plans, communicate plans to PMs, and reconcile plans with project teams as needed.
  • Balance multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Manage tasks related to client coordination, including proactive and effective communication.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, such as continuing education, material groups, and best practices updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates or combined education and experience.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design.
  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in structural design.
  • Experience in mid-sized structural projects.
  • 3+ years Revit Experience.
