We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team handling various entities globally. The role will be a critical component of day-to-day accounting and financial processes to help us deliver accurate, complete, and timely financial reports.

  • Prepare and post daily journal entries for various transactions, including accruals and adjustments.
  • Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations.
  • Assist the FP&A team with granular and financial statement inquiries.
  • Draft and send invoices to clients and/or draft bills received from vendors.
  • Consolidate and send documents (invoices/payment proof/bank statement).
  • Support the integration of systems, processes, and reporting structures.

You must have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any equivalent courses. A CPA title and US GAAP familiarity are a plus. Additionally, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience as an accounting professional, preferably with experience in external and/or internal audit, or an accounting firm.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with all Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to comprehend legal agreements between entities.
  • Experience in using accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, and Zoho.
  • Reconciling external documentation and company records.
  • Adjusting entries, including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation.
  • Intercompany reconciliation.
  • Understanding essential financial statements.
